What is Case Management for?
Case management is a tool that allows you to collect information about a particular address in one place. It allows analysts to update information about the address, write down notes, review the Risk Indicators linked to the address and rank the address with a ‘Low/Medium/High' rating.
Where can I find the Case Management?
To open Case Management you need to click on the ‘Case Management’ icon located on the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
How do I create a case in Case Management?
In order to create a new case, select the Case Management tool from the bar on the left side of our platform. Type or paste address in the text field, then click on the “Confirm Address” button. If you pasted an ETH, ETC, or RSK address you will need to choose the blockchain. After that, click on “Generate Report”. The report will be generated and you will be redirected to your panel with your active cases.
What is more, you can create a case manually or from AML Report or Visualizer tools level.
Does the case workflow need to be a 6-eye check?
The case management workflow can be set to 4-eye (Analyst, Supervisor) check or 6-eye (Analyst, Analyst Quality Assurance, Supervisor) check. This configuration needs to be set in the contract.
